This product is for revitalizing older Leathers and also to improve the feel of stiff leather. Leather Vital penetrates the leather to soften and nourish it.
This product is often used to solve the complaint that the leather doesn’t feel as soft as the floor model and similar comments. Leather Vital is excellent for stopping the squeaking noises that can happen from leather in contact with leather. This noise is especially common with leather motion furniture.
For Leather Types A & P
Leather Vital is a leather revitalising product containing fat-liquors similar to those used by tanneries. These fat-liquors are designed to be easily absorbed into leather and deliver just the right amount of lubrication. Leather Vital gives leather a soft, supple feel without affecting its breathability.
Leather Vital can be used to revitalise old, dry leathers, and to improve the feel of stiff leathers. It can also be used to stop the squeaking that occurs in motion furniture when leather rubs against leather.
2. Pour a small amount of Leather Vital onto a clean, lint free cloth and wipe a thin layer evenly over the leather.
3. Allow to dry. If necessary, apply another layer of Leather Vital. It is better to apply several light layers than one heavy application. But, you must let each layer dry before applying the next layer.
Suitable for aniline and pigmented leather.
