Delivery Method

Depending on your gown conditions and how soiled it is, your cleaned gown will be ready 2 weeks after we receive it. We offer 3 convenient options for you to choose from:

1/ Drop off your gown at 5837 Camden Ave #E, San Jose, CA 95124.

2/ Call (888) 808-6772 to schedule a pick up with us, CleanersToYourDoor. $20 service fee will apply. All garments are sent signature delivery, both directions. Meaning someone must be home to sign for the pick up & delivery.

3/ Call (888) 808-6772 so we can arrange a pick up with Fedex and send you the Welcome Package. $20 service fee will appply. We will send you shipping instructions including a pre-paid shipping label after your gown package purchase. All garments are sent signature delivery, both directions. We must sign when receiving your package and someone at your delivery address must sign to acknowledge the returned package.  

Call FedEx at (800) 463-3339 to find your nearest drop off locations, OR schedule a convenient HOME PICKUP.

We will automatically include $500 of shipping insurance to protect your garment at no charge to you. All Welcome packages are shipped within one week after ordered.
